Description
This coffee comes from the San Ignacio Province in the Cajamaraca region of Peru. San Jose de Lourdes is one of seven districts in the region and has consistently produces some of our favorite coffees over the years. Varieties include Caturra and Pache. Washed process coffee with an extended fermentation yielding notes of stone fruits, red berries, and clover honey.
