A lot of people scoff at decaf, but my mentor always said that decaf drinkers truly drink coffee for the flavor, not the utility of caffeine. This is why we put as much effort into sourcing and developing our decaf to taste just as good as our fully caffeinated offerings.
This coffee is from Colombia Huila, processed using the sugarcane decaffeination process (also known as Ethyl Acetate Process) - natural, eco-friendly method that uses a solvent derived from fermented sugarcane to remove 97% or more of caffeine.
